Nextt Disability is seeking a reliable and experienced Mental Health / Disability Support Worker to join our team supporting a young male client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment in South Ripley. About the Role: This is a dynamic and person-centred support position for a client with complex behavioural needs. You must have experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) and working within restrictive practice guidelines . The focus is on promoting independence and wellbeing through daily support routines.
