Join our dynamic Customer Experience Team (CET) in North Sydney , providing exceptional service to a wide range of B2B customers, including direct-to-clinic, grocery, and pharmacy wholesalers. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of customer service experience – someone like many on our team: fast, strategic, and with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. You’re proactive, an independent learner, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments. You’re driven to elevate the customer experience through genuine partnership with the purpose of deepening customer loyalty. You care about how customers work and think, and you're eager to understand their needs while pushing forward, always curious and ready to explore new areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end order processes across multiple channels (email, e-commerce, and EDI). Coordinate with internal teams and build strong customer relationships. Address and resolve task-related issues using existing solutions and analysis. Work independently with general supervision to solve moderately complex problems. Handle new account inquiries and set up new accounts. Analyse and process claims for aesthetic and wholesale customers. Track deliveries and resolve any delivery issues with our 3rd party vendors. Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into internal and external systems. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience. Relevant experience in order management or a similar role. Proficiency in ERP systems, CRMs, and order management platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High attention to detail and ability to navigate complexity. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with system integrations is a plus. Proven ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise tasks. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a growth mindset. Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
