As a Customer Interface Officer based at our Pinkenba office, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing and communication between our customers and internal stakeholders. This role is part of our National Customer Service Team for bulk products, where no two days are the same. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus approximately one Saturday per month from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, at an overtime rate. Your Opportunity In this role, you will: Be the first point of contact for bulk product customers via phone and email Process customer orders and track delivery progress Investigate and resolve customer queries with accuracy and care Proactively manage communications around transport delays or product availability Build effective working relationships with logistics, operations, and sales teams Be empowered to problem-solve and deliver timely, practical solutions Contribute to a supportive team culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are valued Whether you’re responding to high-volume enquiries or digging into a complex order issue, your professionalism and initiative will make you a key contributor in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and consistent experience.
