Disability Support Worker – Hyde Park Morning Shifts Available | Join a Consistent 1:1 Care Team We are seeking a compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to join a regular care team supporting a vibrant woman in her 50s living in Hyde Park. Shift: Ongoing, consistent roster Thursday to Monday | 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM About the Role: 1:1 support including complex bowel care and community access Client lives with a neurological disorder and uses a wheelchair Enjoys movies, puzzles, and values independence Training Provided: Experience in bowel care is ideal, but full training available for the right person joining long-term Requirements NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificate Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle Pay Rates SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
