Digital Graphic Designer — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage. With a focus on UX design, the in house Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital design solutions for best practice user experience and end-to-end customer journey, with mobile first design front of mind. Please note: This is a fixed term contract of 6 months THE ROLE: Design, manage and produce best practice user experiences to provide a high-level end-to-end customer journey. Design with mobile first front of mind Strong aesthetic sensibility but also a user-centered design lens. Enrich monthly style guides and marketing objectives to develop, design and deliver dynamic and innovative solutions. Develop, design and deliver UX solutions for the Seed Heritage website. Maintain cohesion across all Seed categories. Develop digital marketing outputs across all categories, including Monthly campaign assets product eDMs, website, social and ads. Lead and own the direction of promotional campaigns, ensuring brand cohesion. Be involved in a variety of partnership campaigns (i.e. Jeans for Genes, ALNF, Make a Wish) Support major brand moments (i.e. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and Festive). Support Seed events and creative outputs On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 4 years' experience with a focus on UX design Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro & AfterEffect Comfortable managing individual briefs on project management platforms (ie. Jira) Strong communication skills; resourceful problem solver with the ability to propose new ideas whilst maintaining a cohesive brand. Manage individual projects to ensure timely delivery of projects Innate eye for detail and a healthy curiosity about the digital and fashion landscape Demonstrated experience working to tight deadlines and ability to prioritise workload Strong presentation skills and ability to take and resolve feedback in a live group environment WHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?
