About the Role: - Manage a greenfield territory from prospecting, to conducting high-impact product demos, negotiating complex deals, closing new logos and managing the post sales relationship. - Ensure momentum across the deal cycle: creating engagement with stakeholders and maintaining velocity from first contact to contract. - Focus on building trusted advisor relationships in mid market and large law firms, leveraging your network to bring the credibility and commercial skills to navigate complex buying groups and influence at senior levels. - Actively work with channel sales and partnerships to collaborate with a robust ecosystem of partners to expand reach and unlock new growth opportunities in-market. - Be the voice of the customer: Influence product, marketing and leadership decisions to ensure you capture insights from the field and work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to inform go-to-market strategy and product development. About You: - Experienced in legal tech or accounting tech sales ( or similar B2B SaaS solutions), you understand the legal services ecosystem in Australia and have successfully sold into law firms or legal teams, ideally within mid-market or enterprise segments in Australia. - A hunter mindset and drive to win, you're proactive, resourceful, and driven by finding and converting new business opportunities. - A track record of success in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on consultative, value-based selling into complex organisations. - Credibility with senior legal decision-makers. - Experience influencing or managing channel or partner-led sales, with a clear understanding of how to drive value through indirect motions. - A customer-centric mindset, curiosity and strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you know how to bring insights from the market into product, marketing, and leadership conversations. - A disciplined, momentum-driven sales approach - you prioritise effectively, maintain deal velocity, and build a sustainable pipeline.
