The Perth office of global law firm Squire Patton Boggs has an opportunity for a temporary legal secretary to join their Property team for a period of 6 weeks, from mid to late August to the end of September 2025. The position is open to full-time or part-time (4 days/week) and will involve supporting the partner and a team of associates in a variety of legal admin tasks, including end of month billing. We are seeking someone who ideally has a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience, with demonstrated ability in organisation, effective prioritisation and attention to detail. Experience in client end of monthly billing, preferably using Expert, would be highly regarded. High proficiency in MS Office is essential. Local Connections. Global Influence.
