This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join one of Australia’s leading Disputes practices within a top-tier global firm. You’ll be supporting one to two approachable Partners who value their assistant and are looking to build a strong, collaborative working relationship. The team is high-performing but down-to-earth, they’re clear communicators who work together and support each other. Based in the Sydney CBD, the firm offers flexible working, with one day from home and a people-first culture. What you’ll be doing Managing complex litigation admin, including briefs, court books, and document prep; Drafting and formatting correspondence, contracts, and client materials; Running the billing and expenses process like a pro; Coordinating diaries, travel, meetings, and client events; Acting as a trusted liaison for clients, Counsel, and your team; and Supporting broader business development activity and key client reporting. What we’re looking for You’re confident in a legal support role and bring a few years’ experience, ideally in disputes or litigation. You enjoy working in a team, you're responsive and calm under pressure, and you're known for getting things done. You’re also Strong on detail and comfortable managing billing; Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment; and Someone who takes pride in being the safe pair of hands others rely on.
