With major projects underway and more secured, they are seeking a Project Contracts Administrator to oversee critical contract and financial functions on builds valued at $50M. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement, subcontractor contracts, variations, and claims Monitor budgets, track project costs, and support forecasting Liaise closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams Maintain project financials, compliance records, and reporting Use Cheops or similar systems to keep data accurate and up to date Assist in commercial strategy and risk management What You’ll Bring: Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator on large commercial builds Strong cost control, negotiation, and contract management skills Cheops experience preferred but not essential Excellent communication and attention to detail Perth-based project experience and full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: $180K–$190K Super Immediate start on secured long-term projects Join a team-oriented, delivery-focused builder with a solid reputation Genuine career progression opportunities Apply now.
