About the Role Locations: Logan & Bayside area Shifts: Varied across weekdays and weekends Employment Type: Casual You’ll be providing backfill support to clients with psychosocial disabilities , assisting with daily routines and encouraging independence through trauma-informed care. This is a flexible, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Support Includes: Daily living activities (e.g. meal preparation, household tasks) Personal care Community access and engagement Assistance with appointments and goal-setting Medication administration (as required) Accurate progress note documentation and timely reporting of concerns What You’ll Need: NDIS Worker Screening Check (current) Working with Children Check (current) Australian Driver’s Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance First Aid and CPR certification (current) NDIS Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You A compassionate, trauma-informed approach to care Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – E3.1, pre-tax): Weekday: $35.15/hr Afternoon (Monday–Friday): $38.67/hr Active Night (Monday–Friday): $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Public Holiday: $77.33/hr Why Join Us?
