Your Responsibilities Personal care and emotional support in the home Medication support and diabetes management Behavioural support guided by care plans Supporting participation in local community activities Available Shift Times – 7 Days a Week (Choose the days that suit you!) Morning: 8:00am to 2:00pm Afternoon: 2:00pm to 5:30pm Casual Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – E3.1, Pre-Tax) Base rate: $35.15/hr Afternoon (Mon–Fri, ends 8pm–midnight): $38.67/hr Active Night (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am): $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Public Holiday: $77.33/hr What You’ll Need NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (Employee) First Aid & CPR Certification Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent A current Australian driver’s licence and fully insured vehicle Why Join Nextt?
