Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for an Administration Assistant with a can-do attitude to free up the CEO of some administrative duties and responsibilities. About The Job Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be the 1st point of contact for all visitors to the building. Customer-focused, with a willingness to assist, learn, and have a can-do attitude. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Reconciliation of invoices and receipts Front Desk / Reception 1st point of contact Administration assistance to the Administrator and the CEO Answer phone calls Meet contractors and clients Assist teams with collateral and materials.
