About Kids' Early Learning Here at Council, we own and operate a childcare business, Kids’ Early Learning, with a portfolio of 27 childcare centres and over 70 family daycare educators. Kids’ Early Learning has approximately 300 full-time, part-time and casual staff, and operates throughout the Blacktown local government area, serving over 1700 families and providing care and learning needs for their children. About the opportunity We are seeking to fill a permanent full-time position at the Kids' Early Learning head office. This position will primarily be responsible for providing information, advice and service to Kids’ Early Learning (KEL) customers by understanding their needs and issues to determine mutually beneficial outcomes for them and KEL. Qualifications and experience Essential: Certificate of Attainment in a work-related customer service and or administration tertiary course Solid customer service experience in a high-volume/transaction business Strong administration skills Effective written and verbal skills communication skills. Desirable: Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration) Knowledge of early childhood education and care applicable legislation/regulations Above average communication skills Strong familiarity with website and mobile childcare software applications Solid computer skills. Remuneration and benefits The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
