The Role As Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel in our Commercial & Legal team, you’ll collaborate with clients across a broad range of construction-focused matters. You’ll: Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements Provide clear, practical legal advice to business leaders, often as an extension of their internal team Manage legal risk across procurement, supply chains and contract frameworks Operate independently and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders Be part of a high-performing team that values autonomy, responsiveness and grounded commercial judgement This role is perfect for someone who loves the practical side of legal work, thrives in a self-managed environment, and is energised by variety and making an impact. What We’re Looking For We’re after a seasoned commercial lawyer with a strong front-end construction focus. You’ll bring: 4-6 years’ PQE , ideally with in-house experience already under your belt. Extensive front-end construction experience is essential, particularly in infrastructure and/or mining services. A practical mindset and the ability to deliver advice that balances legal risk with commercial outcomes A self-starter attitude and someone who thrives working independently and with confidence Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What’s In It for You?
