This will be a key placement, as you’ll be required to design, deliver and manage projects from early stages through to completion. You’ll be the client contact (with Director level support) as well as the project lead and you’ll work closely alongside the Architecture team. Perfectly suited to a Senior Interior Designer with 8-10 years of experience and a background that encompasses luxe, single dwelling residences, boutique hotels and multi-residential projects. Strong design sensibilities are essential, along with a solid sense of form, texture, colour and tactile materiality. Key expertise to succeed in this role: 8 years of post-graduate experience All-rounder with solid design sensibilities and interior documentation experience Experience in 3D conceptual resolution with excellent Revit and Enscape capabilities Background in multi-residential, boutique, one-off residences, hotels and apartments Exceptional communicator (verbal, written, listening) Capable of supporting client relationships and project communications Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills Inspired leader capable of mentoring and managing a small team Superior technical, joinery and construction knowledge Passion for delivering sustainable, environmentally conscious projects Well-presented, polished, friendly and driven In return for your effort and contribution, our client is happy and willing to invest in your ongoing professional development.
