About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, pro-active Administrator to join our team at Careforce Alliance. The role will be part-time 3 days per week (with flexibility to work the same hours across 4-5 days). You will mainly be working from home with the flexibility to be available to attend meetings at Prairiewood. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): Contacting new casual Disability Support Practitioners (DSPs) to organise onboarding and induction activities Ensuring all casual DSPs are up to date with all their mandatory checks Liaising and supporting casual workforce with any enquiries Liaising with various stakeholders across the business Maintaining our CRM and casual workforce details Other adhoc administration duties and projects About you: Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience as an administrator in fast paced environment, dynamic and changing environment Exceptional customer service skills with demonstrated conflict resolution skills Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel A positive "can do" attitude Exceptional time management and ability to handle competing workloads Be creative by nature, where problem solving and thinking outside the square comes easily to you; Be able to pick up processes and procedures in an efficient manner Current NSW Driver's License Current WWCC and Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role Working for CPA offers you exceptional remuneration & benefits (conditions apply): Access to a tax-free meal, entertainment & venue benefit card valued at $2,650 per year Flexible ways of working - compressed hours, working from home options, flexibility surrounding hours 12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave 3 additional leave days each year (conditions apply) $100 per year well-being allowance that you can use to enhance your wellbeing (eg: purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class, the choice is yours) Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport Employee Assistance Program Paid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be generously rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.
