As the newest team member field enquiries from the organisation's sales force or customers about the technical aspects of the organisation's products and services. Follow systems specifications and formalised representations of solutions (for example, flow charts, models) to configure systems that meet customer needs. Develop skills and knowledge of the organisation's products and services. About you Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred) Experience an understanding of rotating equipment. Ability to perform in a dynamic environment Highly organized and efficient in approaching tasks A self-starter with ability to problem solve and anticipate and avoid issues Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills - verbal, written and listening The ability and desire to interfaces with wide array of individuals, balances multiple tasks and maintains positive attitude and energy Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to win. Willingness to work closely with more experienced engineers and assist distributors in selection, configuration and quotation of products Performs technical sales support and troubleshooting for distributors and end users in support of Sales. Assists in marketing activities such as preparing for and supporting trade shows, industry events and product training and customer events.
