Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to enhance the overall design and functionality. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. Ensure consistency in design language and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms. Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative solutions. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role in a tech-driven environment. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and processes. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. Understanding of web and mobile design standards, techniques, and best practices. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and experience in usability testing and user research.
