A well-established national manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join their Campbelltown branch. This role will support internal sales and provide high-quality customer service to clients across a range of communication methods. Offered as a casual 6 to12 month maternity leave cover with potential for permanency depending on business requirements, this is a great opportunity to work for an established business and in supportive team environment. Location: Campbelltown, NSW, 2565 Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm between Monday to Friday Rate: $37.50 p/hr super Type: Casual 6–12 month Maternity Leave Cover Key Responsibilities: Responding to phone, email, and in-person customer enquiries Accurate order entry, purchase orders and data processing Providing sales and administration support for the external sales team Assisting walk-in customers at the trade counter Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service/internal sales role Thrives in a responsive, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Excel) and ERP system Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and meet deadlines Driver licence and own transport Unrestricted working rights in Australia Desirable: Background in the building, trade or manufacturing industry (preferred, not essential) Experience using SAP (advantageous, not essential) Does this sound like your next opportunity?
