About the role From frontline campaigns to internal engagement, health promotion to capital projects, your work will help bring West Moreton Health's identity to life. You'll create compelling content that builds health literacy, showcases services, and celebrates the people behind the care. What you'll be doing: * Creating professional, high-impact visual designs across print, digital, social media and multimedia formats. * Turning clinical and strategic information into easy-to-understand visual content for staff, patients and the community. * Leading the development and refinement of West Moreton Health's brand assets, templates and style guides. * Providing expert advice on branding, visual identity, and accessibility to ensure clear, consistent and inclusive communication. * Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver design projects that support strategic priorities. * Managing multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment, from concept to delivery. * Ensuring all outputs comply with Queensland Government communication and branding standards. * Staying current with design trends, tools, and best practice, and continuously improving design quality and efficiency. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. * Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and proficiency in Microsoft 365. * Experience developing creative, brand-aligned visual content across multiple channels and formats. * Sound understanding of accessibility, inclusive design principles, and print and digital production processes. * Well-developed project and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes to deadline. * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take initiative, embrace feedback and continuously improve. * A positive and accountable team member who contributes to a respectful, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
