About the role This centre-based role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective tenant customer partnerships across various assets to ensure reduced rental arrears. Working closely with the senior property management and centre management teams, this role partners with multiple internal and external stakeholders and works with specialty tenant customers daily. The role requires someone passionate about building relationships, problem solving, and achieving results with care, empathy, tenacity, and resilience. Key responsibilities include: Collection of specialty rent across a portfolio of Shopping Centres Adhoc reconciliation of tenant account ledgers and receipting of unallocated cash. Recommendations on payment plans, bad debt write-offs, and compliance with debt management policy. Resolve payment enquiries and disputes while driving positive customer relationships. Achieve improvement in tenant customer satisfaction and support centre team with budget delivery. About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have: Strong debt collection experience within the retail or banking environment. Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills. Tertiary qualification in property, finance or a business-related field. High energy, resilience, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. What's in it for you?
