About the position: We’re looking for a Retail Administration Assistant who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting to our Retail Administration Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating logistics, and making sure every touchpoint – from sale to delivery – is seamless. You'll be the link between our customers, stores, suppliers, and internal teams. You’ll love solving problems, staying organised, and bringing your A-game to every interaction. Managing customer orders from start to finish – processing sales, updating delivery schedules, actioning internal formstacks, and making sure all systems are up to date Communicating with customers via phone and email to keep them informed about their orders, delays, or changes Working closely with Store Managers and Product Experts to resolve order challenges and ensure smooth processes Liaising with suppliers and delivery partners to confirm stock, purchase orders, and timing Developing an understanding of our business processes, product brands, and systems to provide confident support and advice Supporting the team with a strong customer-first mindset and a solutions-driven approach Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or administration-based role Excellent attention to detail – you don’t let things slip through the cracks Strong written and verbal communication skills High-level customer service – you genuinely enjoy helping people Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment Great computer skills (MS Office and G-Suite) A team player attitude – collaborative, curious, and helpful Bonus: Knowledge of whitegoods or plumbing products is a plus Why Join Us?
