An exciting new opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator / Office Manager to join this growing commercial construction business, specialising in major civil infrastructure. Working as an integral part of the office, this is a fantastic role to provide high level team support and general office coordination. Duties will include, but not be limited to; Office Coordination - maintaining the office, including ordering all supplies, managing IT systems Coordinating company calendars and managing inboxes Meet and greet clients attending office for meetings Coordinate all staff events Assist with Marketing and HR All adhoc team administration We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role, who is proactive with a can do attitude. If you have previous experience in an Administration role, preferably within the Construction or Property sector and are looking to work in a supportive business with a great team culture then we would like to hear from you.
