Customers are at the heart of everything this client does. The Customer Service Agents joining the Finance team are responsible for supporting customers in meeting their tax obligations, working closely with government agencies on behalf of customers and ensuring that all customers feel confident that their financial affairs are all being taken care of. ABOUT THE ROLE This is your chance to play a key role in supporting customers with their tax obligations and financial admin - making a genuine impact on their financial wellbeing. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals in a tight-knit team, liaising directly with customers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding experience every step of the way. DUTIES Support customers with their tax obligations and legacy financial issues Liaise with government tax agencies on customers’ behalf Onboard new customers, including AML/CFT checks Reconcile payment and transaction data Process tax returns and resolve technical tax queries Create and maintain help articles and knowledge resources Educate customers about finance in simple, clear language Provide feedback to the broader team to improve customer experience SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 1–2 years in customer service, administration, finance, or have a background in retail or hospo Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Empathetic personality with a customer-first mindset Be/be able to become proficient in Google suite Be financially literate and have a genuine interest in finance Have technical aptitude and the ability to learn software programs We’re looking for someone with a vibrant and fun personality to join our team, and help grow us rapidly across Australia and New Zealand BENEFITS Vibrant, modern office 5 minutes from Wellington Station.
