Duties and responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across a variety of private sector clients. You’ll play a vital role in providing outstanding support, solving problems, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Responding to enquiries via phone, email, or live chat with professionalism and empathy Managing service requests and resolving issues promptly Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry in CRM systems Providing information on products, services, orders, or accounts Supporting internal teams with admin and follow-up tasks Escalating complex issues while maintaining customer satisfaction To excel in this role, you’ll be: Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident handling high volumes of enquiries efficiently and calmly Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment A team player who can also work independently While formal qualifications are not essential, a Certificate III in Customer Engagement or similar is highly regarded.
