A well-regarded national mid-tier law firm is seeking a capable and driven Solicitor with 2 years' post-admission experience to join its leading Construction Law team , based in its Sydney office . This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice known for handling major front-end and back-end construction matters across infrastructure, energy, transport, and commercial development projects. About the Role: Act for developers, contractors, consultants, and government bodies in a broad mix of construction disputes and advisory matters Draft and negotiate key project documentation including contracts, consultant agreements, and subcontractor terms Manage matters involving Security of Payment , defective works claims, delay disputes, and adjudications Work closely with experienced Partners on complex, high-value disputes and advisory work Be part of a collaborative team with strong national and cross-practice support About You: 2 years PQE with experience in construction law (litigation and/or transactional) Strong knowledge of construction legislation, SOPA, and dispute resolution processes Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen A proactive and organised approach to managing matters Committed to building strong client relationships and growing your legal expertise This role offers exposure to high-profile matters, real career development opportunities, and a supportive workplace culture that values flexibility and performance.
