This is a hands-on, full-time position on a rotating roster, including weekend shifts. Shifts are scheduled between 6:00am and 6:00pm. You will play a key role in supporting the movement and handling of goods across our site, ensuring that products are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Key Responsibilities: Operation of forklifts to assist with loading and unloading of goods, pallets, and stock Delivery of finished products, packaging, or materials to designated areas General warehouse duties including palletising and inventory movement Assisting Production Attendants with materials and tasks as required What You’ll Bring: A valid Forklift Licence Basic computer literacy A positive, ‘Can Do’ attitude and the ability to work cooperatively in a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines High level of attention to detail and accountability for your work Sound literacy and numeracy skills What We Offer: A supportive team culture within a proudly family-owned Australian farming business A varied and hands-on role – no two days are the same On-the-job learning and development opportunities To learn more about McLean Farms and what we do, please visit our website: www.mcleanfarms.au.
