Job Title: Administrative Assistant (with 1:1 EA Support) Location: Perth WA Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $81,593 Superannuation (13.5% from July) Hybrid: 2 days WFH / 3 days in-office Start Date: ASAP | open to notice period negociations About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide 1:1 support to the Head of Property for an Electricity organisation in Perth WA, a key leader managing the organisation’s fleet and property portfolio. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring someone with strong administrative and coordination experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, and your ability to build strong working relationships across departments will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 executive support including diary and meeting management Assist with credit card reconciliations, invoicing, and spreadsheet processing Coordinate internal communications across departments Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-up actions Support the Head of Property in day-to-day operations Liaise with multiple areas of the business – especially facilities and operational teams Maintain high organisational standards and help streamline admin processes Be a key point of contact and take initiative in managing priorities What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative or EA role , ideally with 1:1 support Strong organisational and multitasking skills – ability to stay ahead of a busy leader Confident with invoicing, reconciliations , and general admin processing Excellent communication skills and professional presence Comfortable liaising with both corporate and operational (blue-collar) teams Resilient, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously Someone who’s proactive, not afraid to take control, and able to handle pace and pressure Team player who fits in well with a grounded, hardworking culture Benefits 13.5% superannuation (effective from July) 3 wellness days unlimited sick leave Parental leave support Annual salary reviews and career progression opportunities Stable, long-term role in a supportive and welcoming team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1:1 support experience who’s ready to step into a broader, high-impact admin role.
