Title: Coordinator Administration Location: Sydney – Hybrid work arrangement. Contract: 6 months Provides event planning and administrative project coordination, manages security system on a basic level for the region. Administrative tasks include correspondence, post / courier management, file maintenance, cross-functional collaboration, meeting room / conference set up, and meeting and greeting visitors. Performs advanced, diversified, and highly confidential administrative assignments for a designated group, team, leader, senior level leader(s), or leadership team. Handle other ad-hoc office admin/ facility duties.
