We are seeking highly motivated, team-focused, career-driven Engineering Graduates to join our Graduate Program in 2026. The 18-month program includes rotations within core business units, designed to challenge thinking, provide insights into complex projects, and build a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Throughout this period, significant development will be offered and provided in areas of your interest. Upon completion of the Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role that is matched to your skills, abilities, and career pathway. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? As a Graduate in our Engineering stream, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of hands-on projects to gain valuable experience, including: Collaborating with our leaders and technical specialists to support daily operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety, and quality activities. Gaining practical experience in plant production, reporting, and analysis. Being involved in productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. Learning and progressing your understanding of operations through engagement with the operations team. Understanding our customers' integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing engineering and sales teams. Developing troubleshooting skills during plant and facility issues and assisting with solutions. Preparing and reviewing documents required by the Company, local regulatory, corporate safety, and industrial standards. Are you a MATCH? To be eligible to apply for our Graduate Program, you will: Have a valid work rights for a minimum of 18 months from January 2026. Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) degree in the last three years (i.e. 2023, 2024) or be due to complete by December 2025.
