About the role: A leading pathology provider is seeking a customer service officer to handle high volume calls relating to patient accounts. As part of the call centre accounts receivable team, you will be responsible for managing high volume calls with call volumes exceeding 100 calls a day and providing exceptional customer service skills in resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure positive outcomes and timely resolution of account matters.
