About the position: Are you ready to take the next step in your warehouse career? We're looking for a DC Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations in Western Australia — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, maintains smooth operations, and takes genuine pride in getting the job done right. This role isn’t just about checking boxes — it’s about owning your area, leading your team, and becoming a key player in our growth. You’ll oversee key tasks like putaways, inbound stock, and daily team performance. You’ll lead from the front, keep things moving, and make decisions with confidence. You don’t need to have a 20-year logistics career. If you’ve led a team in a similar role, understand how stock and systems work, and you’re hungry to learn and grow — we want to hear from you. Lead and supervise the warehouse team. Coordinate and delegate daily operational tasks, including putaways and receiving. Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example to uphold productivity and team morale. Ensure accuracy and accountability across warehouse systems and inventory management. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate and build relationships with local and national business units and departments to ensure smooth operations. Train and support staff to ensure SOP compliance and team growth. Shift details: Permanent Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm. $70,000 - $75,000 base plus superannuation. Free onsite parking for convenient access to work. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a warehouse or similar environment. Strong organisational and decision-making skills. Experience or understanding of inventory and stock management. Confidence in managing teams and driving accountability. Comfortable with systems, data, and process adherence. A self-starter who can manage their time and area independently. A growth mindset with the desire to take on more as we expand (including potential 3PL opportunities). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred (but not essential): Experience in front-of-house logistics operations. Exposure to retail, 3PL, or similar fast-paced environments. Understanding of WHS requirements and warehouse safety compliance. Why Join Us? We’re all about promoting from within, and we’re a growing company. Where you start isn’t where you’ll finish!
