Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Requirements: Experience supporting clients as carers, disability support staff, aged care or assistant in nursing Experience with intellectual disability, high physical support needs and medical / health needs is ideal (but not mandatory) A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
