Your duties will include: We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Blacktown group home with 20-25 hours per week. Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress. Being part of a fun and dynamic team. Requirements: Experience supporting clients as carers, disability support staff, aged care or assistant in nursing Experience with intellectual disability, high physical support needs and medical / health needs is ideal (but not mandatory) A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
