About the role: Iconic Recruit are looking for a Retail Manager to join a respected industry leader in property management. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing retailer relationships, tenancy management, and contributing to strategic planning across a small portfolio of shopping centres. This role is perfect for an experienced Retail Manager or a strong Administration Manager ready to step up and make an impact. Duties: In this dynamic and varied role, you'll support the Centre Manager across multiple business functions, including: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders. Support the development of annual business plans, budgets, and P&L reporting. Oversee tenancy management, debt collection, and explore casual mall leasing and other income opportunities. Track monthly sales performance, coordinate reports, and support KPI development. Assist in ensuring compliance and best practice in centre operations and safety protocols. The skills and experience required for this role: 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role – ideal for experienced Retail Managers or Admin Managers ready for the next challenge. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
