Key Responsibilities: Machine Knowledge Acquisition: Learn and understand the characteristics and selling points of the machinery. Client Relationship Management: Oversee existing client portfolios by managing quotations, executing orders, and conducting timely follow-ups to successfully convert quotes into closed deals. Product Marketing: Present our comprehensive suite of products and services to both current and prospective clients, customizing offerings to align with their unique requirements. Business Growth: Pinpoint and pursue fresh sales prospects through proactive engagement and networking initiatives. Sales Execution: Craft and present quotations, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals swiftly to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Communication Management: Handle a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to client queries. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor actions to uncover new business opportunities and sustain a competitive advantage. Sales Report: Compile sales reports in a timely manner to provide data that supports the adjustment of sales strategies and cost allocation. Qualifications: At least Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years’ experience in sales of industrial products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions. Diligent and detail-oriented. Familiarity with electrical, or trade backgrounds preferred. Work Location: Redland Bay, QLD Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
