To achieve this, we are seeking dynamic individuals with a proven track record in industrial product sales. Key Responsibilities: Machine Knowledge Acquisition: Learn and understand the characteristics and selling points of the machinery. Client Relationship Management: Oversee existing client portfolios by managing quotations, executing orders, and conducting timely follow-ups to successfully convert quotes into closed deals. Product Marketing: Present our comprehensive suite of products and services to both current and prospective clients, customizing offerings to align with their unique requirements. Business Growth: Pinpoint and pursue fresh sales prospects through proactive engagement and networking initiatives. Sales Execution: Craft and present quotations, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals swiftly to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Communication Management: Handle a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to client queries. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor actions to uncover new business opportunities and sustain a competitive advantage. Sales Report: Compile sales reports in a timely manner to provide data that supports the adjustment of sales strategies and cost allocation. Qualifications: At least Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years’ experience in sales of industrial products.​ Strong communication and negotiation skills.​ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.​ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.​ Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions. Diligent and detail-oriented. Familiarity with electrical, or trade backgrounds preferred. Work Location: Redland Bay, QLD Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
