We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Accompany clients as they engage in daily routines and community-based activities Provide hands-on support with mobility and movement, ensuring safety and comfort Assist in preparing and serving meals, and support with feeding where required Coordinate or facilitate participation in recreational, cultural, or social programs Help maintain a clean and safe living environment through general housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry Support clients with personal hygiene tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting Offer meaningful companionship and emotional reassurance Undertake errands and grocery shopping as needed In some cases, provide live-in support to promote round-the-clock care and stability Requirements: Relevant qualification in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent At least one year of previous experience supporting individuals with disability or in a related field is required Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid Driver’s Licence preferred NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of empathy, patience, and reliability Why Join Us?
