The Opportunity: We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Driver to become a valued member of our team at Paradise Country! As the key operator of our Tractor Ride, your primary role will involve skillfully navigating the route while upholding a world-class standard of presentation, ensuring the utmost safety, and delivering an exceptional guest service experience! Your day to day: • Ability to drive and navigate the tractor and control traffic during park operating hours. • Ensure all safety standards are adhered to for team members and guests. • Loading and unloading the attraction. • Constant positive interaction with guests and demonstrate excellent guest service as a top priority. • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the tractor and carriages to the required standard and report any incidents or faults that may arise immediately. • To maintain the pigs playground and assist with show clean up when required. What you’ll bring: • Current driver’s licence. • Ability to be flexible in a team environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to exceed guest expectations.
