These high-profile builds involve complex civil and structural works, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and technical delivery. About the Role Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will oversee engineering and delivery aspects of major data centre developments, with a particular emphasis on civil works, infrastructure coordination, and compliance. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage technical aspects of civil and structural works Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure works are delivered in line with program, budget, and quality standards Support procurement and subcontractor scopes of work Drive safety and environmental compliance across the project lifecycle Assist in project reporting, documentation, and client liaison What We're Looking For Degree-qualified Engineer with a background in construction or civil engineering Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer Proven experience on complex infrastructure or building projects (data centres ideal) Strong understanding of civil packages including earthworks, drainage, and in-ground services Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork Indigenous candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Why Join This Team?
