About the role We are seeking a passionate and driven Quality, Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards while driving ongoing process optimization and efficiency. Your responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain product quality standards in line with ISO 9001 Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the manufacturing operations Analyse production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency Investigate product non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Collaborate with production, maintenance & engineering teams to improve process capabilities, reduce waste and improve product quality and performance Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies Maintain and improve the factory’s data processes including ERP system, production records, performance KPIs, and inventory management Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality, process and production management Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of process statistical control and experience in manufacturing process improvement Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization How to apply We will move swiftly to shortlist so please click on the Apply button and submit your CV for review.
