We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service admins to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who has a personal or professional knowledge within the motorsports industry! Key Responsibilities: Frontline customer service: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Interpret motorbike parts with clients and customer inquiries Assist with product inquiries, orders, returns, and general support both over the phone, email and in person. Data entry & admin support: Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to stay up to date with products, orders and deliveries. Actively updating customer records and information daily.
