Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Full Time, Contracted Role up to 11 Jul 2027 About the role We are seeking a highly organised and professional Senior Administration Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support across SA Pharmacy’s Regional Services and Corporate Office. In this pivotal role, you will deliver high-level assistance in areas such as customer service, human resource coordination, invoice and travel management, and records administration. You will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy, Regional Services and the Associate Director of Pharmacy, ensuring the smooth operation of daily corporate and regional functions. You will also support the General Manager and other Directors of Pharmacy on a range of strategic and ad-hoc corporate projects, contributing to broader service improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to be part of a dynamic and purpose-driven team, where your attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage competing priorities will make a meaningful impact across SA Pharmacy. About You To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated administrative professional who brings strong organisational capability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery in a dynamic team environment. Proven experience in delivering a wide range of administrative services, including drafting correspondence, minute taking, managing HR processes, and supporting project coordination. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement within a public sector setting. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and capable of managing databases, spreadsheets, and record-keeping systems with precision and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships, adapt to change, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business practices.
