As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and provide vital operational coordination across our high-performing Technology team. About the Role Reporting directly to the CTO, this role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Technology department. You’ll provide high-level executive support, manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion, and support the broader team in staying aligned, productive, and on track. What You’ll Do Executive Support Manage and coordinate the CTO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and communications. Prioritise and triage emails and requests to ensure the CTO is focused on critical matters. Prepare reports, presentations, briefing docs, and agendas for internal and external meetings. Support leadership and board meeting preparation and follow-up. Team Administration Provide admin support to the Technology team—scheduling, document management, expenses, events, and more. Assist in managing the Technology P&L and team documentation (org charts, structures, etc.). Track key actions from leadership meetings and ensure accountability. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for Technology roles. Project Coordination Support coordination and administration of strategic Technology initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on behalf of the CTO and leadership. Maintain reporting rhythms, track KPIs, and support budget management. What We’re Looking For 5 years in executive or administrative support roles-ideally supporting senior technology or business leaders. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Maturity and discretion with confidential information. Tech-savvy with advanced skills in productivity and collaboration tools. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate a fast-moving business. Why Join GYG?
