Role Overview The trainee will work under supervision to: Respond to inquiries via phone and email Maintain accurate client and employee records Support reporting, scheduling, and document preparation Provide basic IT assistance (Microsoft 365, Teams, office equipment) Learn automation tools to streamline processes Assist with website updates and social media scheduling Support recruitment activities, onboarding tasks, and file management Help with document preparation for client plan reviews and funding submissions This is a learning-focused role designed to build practical skills and confidence in a supportive team environment.
