Coordinate and manage corporate support services for the Divisional Director/s. Provide high-level strategic and operational advice on policies, systems, and legislation Identify and address emerging issues, supporting the development of management initiatives. Act as a key liaison between the Division, WCHN, and SA Health to ensure effective communication and alignment. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven ability to strategically manage and allocate resources to deliver on key outcomes. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations using practical people management strategies. Extensive experience in senior administrative or operational management roles. Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams to meet organisational objectives, targets, and performance goals.
