RTO Data and Administration Officer - Brendale The Australian Trade Training College is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality training and education services to individuals and businesses. Due to continuous growth, we are now seeking a motivated and experienced RTO Data and Administration Officer to join our team. You will be an experienced RTO Administrator who can create and analyse student and AVETMISS data reports within our aXcelerate student management system. This is an exciting role as you will provide data to management to assist with revenue reporting, budgets, identify continuous improvements and risks for our RTO from the reports. You will leave no stone unturned to review AVETMISS error reports and work with the teams to increase efficiency and data integrity. The role also includes routine invoicing and account reconciliation tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy is necessary while using RTO student management systems (SMS) and other applicable software. Naturally you would provide excellence in customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders. What you will bring: Extensive RTO administration experience Student Management system experience (aXcelerate preferred) Revenue reporting expertise AVETMISS data analysis and reporting experience Experience working with in Government funding for RTO’s Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite Invoicing and reconciliation processes Strong attention to detail A pro-active approach to problem-solving Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A positive can-do attitude Highly Desirable: A Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Qualification or willing to attain Financial experience or willing to learn Learning Management System data reporting experience Advanced RTO Administration experience Submit your application by uploading a cover letter (mandatory) domonstrating how your skills and experience align to this role and resume indicating relevant qualifications, work history and experience.
