About the team Our Housing Services and Systems Team provides high quality administrative and systems support, playing a crucial role in sustaining successful tenancies and ensuring smooth housing operations. About the role As the Housing Services and Systems Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our housing operations, providing high quality administration, including processes and procedures, referrals and allocations, and system administration. In this role, you will be responsible for: Resident Management: Managing referrals, assessments, allocations, and property condition records. Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Administration: Overseeing program administration, reporting, and policy updates. Systems Improvement: Supporting the development of housing systems and procedures. Team Support: Coaching team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service. About You As the ideal applicant you will have: Proven experience in office management, admin support, and basic financial procedures. Awareness of homelessness issues and ability to engage with diverse communities. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and database systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Holds a valid Driver’s Licence and Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check and complies with Multi Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework Don’t meet every single requirement?
