GRIT is partnering with an established organisation in search for a Lead EUC Engineer to deliver a major uplift in End User Computing services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and rolling out a new Windows 11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across HP hardware, while ensuring secure, reliable, and modern desktop experiences for users across the business. Key responsibilities: SOE & Endpoint Management Build and roll out a new Windows 11 SOE Manage MECM (SCCM), Intune, GPO, and application deployments Patch and secure operating systems and software Monitor and maintain endpoint protection and antivirus systems Service Delivery & Support Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents Ensure stable day-to-day performance across the EUC environment Troubleshoot recurring issues and improve system reliability Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with internal teams and vendors to support high-quality IT delivery Contribute to planning, change coordination, and continuous improvement Support inclusive rollout and ensure tech aligns with user needs To be successful in this role, you'll need: Strong experience with MECM/SCCM, Intune, GPO, and SOE deployment Demonstrated ability to design and manage Windows 11 rollouts Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and endpoint services Proven ability to lead complex technical projects Proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Keen to learn more?
