Job details The Commercial Application and Delivery Section within the Business Solutions Branch of DFAT’s Information Management and Technology Division, has a requirement for a labour-hire resource to fill the role of Microsoft Systems Administrator to provide level 3 business-as-usual (BAU) support services for critical ICT systems and work with project teams to prepare and implement solution designs. The successful candidate will work under section leadership, work as part of a team of system administrators, take ownership of one or more technologies providing specialist skills, and support other system administrators by providing back-up support in their areas of expertise. Specialist skills are sought in the following key technology areas: Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration (Microsoft Dynamics on-premises and Dynamics 365). Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (v4 and later) and Azure EntraId administration, in particular to manage Single Sign-On configuration between partner agencies and TLS/SSL certificate renewals. Microsoft Azure administration, in particular to manage Devops releases and integration connector services. Key duties and responsibilities The successful candidate will: Lead and be responsible for the level 3 support of one or more technologies in the Department, with back-up support from similarly skilled system administrators; and in turn provide back-up support to other system administrators in their areas of expertise; and Involved in project design reviews and support implementation of solution designs and transition into service.
