The Position This is not a lead-chasing role. It is a relationship-first, high-value sales opportunity for a proven closer ready to unlock serious commissions. Our client is seeking an independent contractor who is a connected, confident, and conversion-focused sales partner to assist the team. For professionals with the credibility to close packages, retainers in sectors such as mining, medical, tech, or government, this role offers significant earning potential—supported by a full-service, award-winning agency with a 99% client retention rate. This is a role for someone who operates as a trusted advisor—selling strategic branding, website, and marketing solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Earning & Incentives 10% commission on Year 1 client revenue (e.g. close a $120K package = $12K–$18K commission) Uncapped earning potential – $250K OTE with consistent performance Commission paid upon contract signing and initial payment Additional incentives for surpassing monthly targets A Successful Candidate This is not just for a salesperson, it’s for a strategic partner who excels at identifying opportunities, building value, and driving outcomes.
