Description Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Reporting to the Customer Contact Village Team Leader, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and pro-active Sales Support Agent based in our Head Office in Sydney. We are on the hunt for a dedicated customer service and sales professional who plays a vital role in the Customer Contact Village (CCV). Supporting customers across a wide range of communication channels and participating actively in all sales and marketing campaigns and promotions. Key responsibilities include the following Key Responsibilities Attain Village occupancy targets by managing and tracking leads through the sales pipeline Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded Ensuring information provided to prospective residents is both accurate and timely Play an active role in the delivery and communication of major campaigns Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, relevant stakeholders (including University staff) and other CLV staff that can influence the occupancy and the positive promotion of the Village Assist with the coordination of operational workflows and help to ensure effective communication between relevant staff. The responsibilities of this role may evolve based on the changing needs of our residents and the business. We seek candidates who are adaptable and open to taking on new challenges as they arise. Skills And Experiences Essential Skills, Experience and Qualification Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management systems such as StarRez and web content management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadline without compromising accuracy and customer experience Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Demonstrated initiative to problem solving Previous experience in an operational administration and/or sales focused role Experience in a service-based industry, with a commitment to customer service Current National Police Clearance Check Why apply for this role?
